Marshall Goff is a native of Flowood, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi in 2014, where he earned his B.S. in History. He earned his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi in 2014 where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Marshall externed for the Hinds County Public Defender’s Office defending all types of clients on a range of charges. Marshall moved to New Jersey and worked in Elizabeth, New Jersey at the New Jersey Public Defender’s Office where he represented people from all walks of life that had been charged with crimes. In 2017, Marshall moved back to Mississippi and worked as a Staff Attorney for the Mississippi Department of Corrections. At MDOC, his work focused on responding to public records requests and general litigation. Marshall focuses his practice in immigration law and uses his range of experience to help clients find the best outcomes for their unique situations.
